Position: Boy’s Lacrosse Instructor

Our staff is seeking to add experienced and enthusiastic full-time and part-time lacrosse coaches and instructors to their growing team of position specific instructors. The applicant must demonstrate an ability to coach a variety of fundamental, intermediate and advance skills to players of all ages and experience levels. The ability to prepare practice plans, clearly communicate instructions, and deliver a high quality product will be paramount to your success. Please provide a working and lacrosse resume, outlining previous playing and coaching experiences.

Essential job functions

  • Connect and excite your client upon arrival
  • Plan and execute hour long individual and small group attack training sessions
  • Share information and answers to meet client’s needs
  • Work with other 1223 Lacrosse team members to complete tasks
  • Coach TEAM 12.23 teams in practices and tournaments

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • College lacrosse experience required (4 years)
  • Full time position must have college degree

Required Skills

  • Previous playing/training experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and enthusiastic about working with players of all ages

Your part of the team

High school help is responsible for the maintenance of the facility, turf, parent area & retail space, as well as employee areas and storage space. Knowledge of basic lacrosse skills and drills is beneficial as we may ask you to assist with on field activities. Will be responsible for checking in/out clients as well as answering phones.

Essential job functions

  • Work with other 1223 Lacrosse team members to complete daily tasks
  • Must be proactive and work independently
  • Ability to efficiently utilize POS

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Outgoing and customer oriented personality
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • High school lacrosse experience

  • Stick stringing skills
  • Basic boys and girls lacrosse knowledge
